not a strict top 5 as depending on skin type some tips apply more to others.
1.- hydrate

though not the most refreshing i have been re-addicted to my -green tea - do a post later about the benifits of- so cleansing and good for you > hydrate your body
2.-cover up tempting to rock shorts all the time and i wont stop you but do be sure to... wear moistuiser- spf recommended don't forget lips- lip balm
sunscreen - don't just rely on moistuiser -

4- exercise, should year round but many people skim because of heat, etc. just because it's hot outside doesn't mean you should get lazy- summer sports like- swimming (should i do a post on swimming care- times of india- or just link)
5- wear less makeup- water based
instead face mask/ exfoliate
5- face masks, especially hydrating ones
take care of your feet- sure skincare but who wants cracked heels in sandals...
vitamins- sure eating actual good food is better but if your like me and constantly on the go it can be hard- i confess to skipping meals
